1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "luna4d", "Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to the online gaming platform operated at the domain luna4d.cam and all associated services, software, applications, and content.
• "User", "Player", "You", "Your", "Member" — any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses luna4d services in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account created by a User through our registration process, containing personal information, transaction history, gaming activity, and account balance.
• "Deposit" — any transfer of funds from a User to their luna4d account balance via approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" — any transfer of funds from a User's luna4d account balance to their designated external bank account or payment provider.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by luna4d subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a User must bet before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the User or winnings from real-money gameplay, available for immediate withdrawal after meeting any applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional funds subject to wagering requirements and specific terms before conversion to real money.

2. Agreement Acceptance

By clicking "I Agree", checking the acceptance box during registration, or by accessing and using any part of the luna4d platform, you enter into a binding contractual relationship with luna4d and agree to:

• Comply with all terms, conditions, rules, and policies outlined in this document;
• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in your jurisdiction;

3. Eligibility Requirements

Participation on the luna4d platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. luna4d operates a strict 21+ policy for all Indonesian users. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2. Legal Capacity

You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not subject to any legal disability, restriction, or incapacity that would prevent you from agreeing to these terms.

3.3. Jurisdictional Compliance

You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing luna4d services. You acknowledge that online gaming laws vary by jurisdiction and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of luna4d complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

3.4. Personal Use Only

You are registering and using your account for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, professional gambling operations, agency arrangements, and third-party account usage are strictly prohibited.

3.5. Prohibited Persons

You are not:

• An employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of any luna4d staff member;
• A resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Subject to bankruptcy proceedings or any legal judgment that would affect your ability to manage finances;
• Previously self-excluded or banned from luna4d or any affiliated gaming platform.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1. Registration Process

To use luna4d services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification);
• Valid email address (must be accessible and monitored regularly);
• Mobile phone number (preferably Indonesian +62 number for verification SMS);
• Date of birth (must confirm you meet the 21+ age requirement);
• Residential address within Indonesia;
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR).

4.2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other websites;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify luna4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

luna4d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.3. One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active luna4d account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate suspension of all accounts associated with the User;
• Forfeiture of all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds;
• Possible forfeiture of real-money balances if fraud or abuse is detected;
• Permanent ban from luna4d and all affiliated platforms.

4.4. Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change (new address, phone number, email address). Failure to maintain current information may result in delays to withdrawals, account verification, and communication delivery.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods

luna4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your luna4d account.

5.2. Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 25,000 for e-wallets.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for major banks; Rp 10,000,000 per transaction for e-wallets (subject to change based on payment provider policies).

luna4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5.3. Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits are credited to your account instantly or within 15 minutes. In rare cases involving manual verification or banking system delays, deposits may take up to 2 hours. If your deposit has not been credited within 2 hours, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.4. Withdrawal Policy

You may request withdrawals of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account Verification: Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal;
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name;
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000;
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for standard members; unlimited for VIP Gold members.

5.5. Withdrawal Processing Time

luna4d processes most withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. VIP members receive priority processing (typically under 30 minutes). Withdrawals requested outside Indonesian banking hours may be processed on the next business day.

5.6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In accordance with Indonesian financial regulations and international AML standards, luna4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large transactions, suspicious activity patterns, or accounts flagged by our automated monitoring systems. This may result in temporary holds on withdrawals pending completion of enhanced due diligence procedures.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1. Bonus Terms

luna4d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Eligibility Requirements: Some bonuses are available only to new members, specific member tiers, or during designated promotional periods;

Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and possible account termination.

6.3. Promotional Terms Priority

Each specific promotion includes detailed terms published on the promotion page. In case of conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for that particular offer.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1. Game Integrity

All games offered on luna4d are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are provably random and cannot be manipulated by luna4d or any player.

7.2. Game Rules

7.3. Technical Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, disconnection, software error, or technical fault, luna4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 7.4. Bet Settlement

Sports betting settlements are based on official results published by the respective governing bodies. In cases where official results are unavailable, disputed, or overturned after initial settlement, luna4d reserves the right to re-settle bets according to revised official outcomes.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Any attempt to register or play while under 21 years of age;
• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, document forgery, or any form of financial fraud;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage (particularly in poker, live casino, or sports betting);
• Bot Usage: Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to place bets or play games;
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms or markets to guarantee profit;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider;
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account;
• Money Laundering: Using luna4d as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1. Service Availability

luna4d strives to maintain 24/7 service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events.

9.2. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk. You are solely responsible for all gaming decisions and their outcomes. luna4d does not provide gambling advice and does not guarantee winnings.

9.3. Third-Party Content

Games on luna4d are provided by independent third-party studios. luna4d is not responsible for game content, functionality, or outcomes beyond ensuring providers are licensed and certified.

9.4. Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, luna4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1. Voluntary Closure

You may close your luna4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deducting applicable processing fees. Bonus balances will be forfeited.

10.2. Suspension by luna4d

luna4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You engage in prohibited activities outlined in Section 8;
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• We detect fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

10.3. Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for violation of terms:

• All bonus balances and pending bonuses will be voided;
• Winnings derived from bonus funds or prohibited activities may be forfeited;
• Real-money deposits may be refunded minus any bonuses claimed and administrative fees;
• You will be permanently banned from creating new accounts on luna4d.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming arbitration standards and principles of fair commercial practice. luna4d operates under international licensing frameworks while respecting Indonesian consumer protection principles where applicable.

11.2. Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of luna4d services, you agree to the following resolution process:

2. Escalation Period: Allow luna4d up to 14 business days to investigate and respond to your claim;
3. Mediation: If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to an independent gaming arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties;
4. Final Decision: The arbitrator's decision shall be binding on both parties.

11.3. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute with luna4d will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against luna4d.
